Daniel is an attorney and settlement planner. He co-founded Government Benefit Planning Group with Ryan Garrison and Greg Maxwell, his brother. Daniel also works with Tombs Maxwell LLP and Amicus Settlement Planners, LLC.

He attended the Creighton University School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude. Daniel received his B.S. from Brigham Young University, where he graduated magna cum laude from the Marriott Business School of Management, with an emphasis in finance.
When he's not sleep-deprived (he has three children age 5 and younger), Daniel enjoys playing tennis, watching sports, reading inspirational books, and spending time with his family.
