Elana supports clients by assisting with applications, direct deposit enrollment, document handling, and appointment coordination. Her attention to detail and proactive communication help ensure that nothing is missed and that each case progresses smoothly. She also works closely with attorneys and insurance providers to make sure all documents are submitted correctly and on time.
Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Arizona State University, Elana brings both empathy and analytical thinking to her role. As a future JD, she’s passionate about helping individuals navigate complex legal and financial systems with confidence and ease.
